• "People just need someone to listen to them."

    Jeff ScottOwner

Jeff started working at Cheek and Scott when he was just twelve years old. Vacuuming the carpets, taking out the garbage, and cleaning the restrooms were his first jobs. By age sixteen, Jeff had worked his way up to delivering medical equipment and by this time had begun considering a career as a pharmacist. Allison Scott, Jeff’s father and owner of Cheek and Scott at that time, encouraged Jeff to pursue a career in pharmacy, which he did. In 1991, Jeff graduated from the University of Georgia’s College of Pharmacy and returned to Live Oak to work with his father at Cheek and Scott.

In 2000, Jeff bought the business from his father who retired from Cheek and Scott after forty-one years of serving the community. Jeff understands that God is the true owner of Cheek and Scott and has entrusted Jeff with the responsibility of making it a business with an exceptional work environment and matchless customer service.

Jeff is known as an adventurous follower of Jesus Christ, a faithful husband to his wife Melody, and excellent father to their seven children Anda, Jason, Arvis, AnnMarie, Aaron, Jakeb, and Joy.
